Miner Job Guide

Overview

The Miner Job allows players to gather raw materials such as rocks and iron by mining at designated quarry locations. These materials are stored in your assigned truck and can later be processed or sold depending on server systems.
This job requires preparation, a valid mining truck, and a pickaxe before you can begin working.

How to Apply
1. Head to Los Santos City Hall
2. Click the NPC
3. Select:
   - I want to apply for a job
   - Miner

After applying, you will receive the message:

Use /miner to view your miner stats.
Visit the LV Quarry to start working, see the minimap for its location! Don't forget to bring your own pickaxe too!

Step 1 - Obtaining a Pickaxe
Before heading to the quarry, you must purchase a pickaxe.

- Visit any nearby shop
- Buy a Pickaxe

Important: NO PICKAXE = NO MINING

Step 2 - Starting Mining Work
1. Drive to Las Venturas Hunter Quarry
2. Locate the "Quarry Foreman" NPC
3. Click the NPC and select:
   - Start Work

Once you begin your shift, you will receive:

- Hey, time to get to work!
- You've been assigned to truck ID 96.
(( Your truck was unlocked and its lights have been turned on. Press ALT, check VIN ))

Step 3 - Finding Your Truck
- Head to the parked vehicles area
- Locate your assigned mining truck (lights will be ON)
- If unsure, press ALT and check your truck VIN number

Step 4 - Mining Resources
- Search the quarry and surrounding areas for rocks or iron nodes
- Park your truck close to the resource
- Exit your vehicle
- Click on the rock to mine it

You will see:

Click to Mine (xKG)

Once mined:
- The rock will disappear
- The collected weight (KG) will be added directly to your truck inventory

Notes & Tips
- Always ensure you have a pickaxe before going to the quarry
- Stay close to your assigned truck while mining
- Follow your truck VIN to avoid using the wrong vehicle
- Efficient mining requires moving between multiple resource nodes
- Return or unload your truck when it becomes full (if system requires)
