U.S.C. - TITLE VII
Property, Infrastructure, and Controlled Articles



§1. ESTABLISHMENT OF FEDERAL CLASSIFICATIONS

a.) The United States Government may establish federal regulations, schedules, classifications, and restricted designations pursuant to authority granted under this Code.




§2. AIRCRAFT, TRANSPORT, AND INFRASTRUCTURE OFFENCES

a.) A person commits an offence where they intentionally damage, sabotage, interfere with, or endanger:

• Aircraft.
• Airports or airfields.
• Transportation infrastructure.
• Public transit systems.

b.) Unsafe operation of aircraft in a manner likely to endanger persons or infrastructure is prohibited.

c.) Hijacking or unlawful seizure of commercial or public transportation is prohibited.

d.) Violence committed within airports, transport terminals, or transportation hubs in a manner affecting public safety shall constitute an aggravated federal offence.

e.) Punishment:

i.) Base offence — 5–15 years imprisonment.
ii.) Aggravated offences involving terrorism, explosives, or mass harm — Up to life imprisonment.




§3. FORGERY, FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS, AND CONCEALMENT OF ASSETS

a.) A person commits forgery where they knowingly falsify or alter:

• Signatures.
• Official documents.
• Financial instruments.
• Government records.
• Evidence or certifications.

b.) Punishment: 2–10 years imprisonment.

c.) A person commits concealment of assets where they intentionally hide or transfer assets to obstruct a lawful investigation, seizure, or judicial proceeding.

d.) Punishment:

• Up to 5 years imprisonment.
• Financial penalties as determined by the Court.




§4. ROBBERY, BURGLARY, AND STOLEN PROPERTY

a.) Theft or robbery involving United States property or federally protected assets is prohibited.

b.) Bank robbery, armed robbery of federally insured institutions, or robbery involving interstate commerce shall constitute federal offences.

c.) Theft of seized evidence, controlled substances, or restricted federal property is prohibited.

d.) Possession of property known to be stolen shall constitute an offence.

e.) Punishment:

i.) Minor offences — Up to 5 years imprisonment.
ii.) Armed or aggravated robbery — 10–20 years imprisonment.




§5. INTERFERENCE WITH SEIZURE AND FORFEITURE

a.) A person commits an offence where they knowingly destroy, conceal, transfer, or dispose of property subject to lawful federal seizure.

b.) A person commits an offence where they unlawfully recover, remove, or interfere with seized property or evidence.

c.) Punishment:

i.) Base offence — Up to 5 years imprisonment.
ii.) Aggravated or organised conduct — Up to 10 years imprisonment.




§6. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES AND PROHIBITED ARTICLES

a.) Controlled substances and prohibited weapons shall be regulated under federal law.

b.) The unlawful manufacture, trafficking, possession, or distribution of controlled substances constitutes a federal offence where:

i.) Interstate activity exists.
ii.) Organised crime is involved.
iii.) Quantities exceed federally regulated limits.
iv.) Federal property or personnel are implicated.

c.) Prohibited weapons include:

• Weapons, destructive devices, or restricted articles designated under federal regulation.
• Armour-piercing ammunition.
• Explosive devices.

d.) Punishment:

i.) Simple possession — Up to 5 years imprisonment.
ii.) Trafficking, manufacture, or organised distribution — 5–20 years imprisonment.

e.) All prohibited articles may be seized and forfeited upon conviction.

f.) Controlled substances, prohibited weapons, and restricted articles shall be classified pursuant to federal regulation as authorised per this Title.




§7. UNLAWFUL USE OF FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES

a.) A person commits an offence where they unlawfully discharge a firearm or explosive device in a manner affecting federal property, interstate activity, protected persons, or federal interests.

b.) Brandishing a firearm or explosive device in connection with a federal offence or upon federal property is prohibited.

c.) Punishment:

i.) Reckless discharge or unlawful brandishing — Up to 5 years imprisonment.
ii.) Aggravated offences involving injury, explosives, or organised activity — Up to 20 years imprisonment.




§8. FEDERAL PROPERTY AND RESTRICTED FACILITIES

a.) Federal property includes buildings, vehicles, compounds, installations, and infrastructure owned or operated by the United States Government.

b.) Unauthorised entry into restricted federal facilities is prohibited.

c.) Damage, sabotage, or attacks against federal facilities or federal vehicles constitute a federal offence.

d.) Punishment:

i.) Trespass — Fines and/or up to 1 year imprisonment.
ii.) Damage or sabotage — 5–15 years imprisonment.

e.) Restricted facilities and security perimeters may be designated pursuant to federal regulation, executive order, or lawful agency directive.
